What do I do after placing my order?

Check your email. You will be emailed your username and password and can then login to the exam prep course. If you have any issues accessing your exam prep, please email registrar@jadelearning.com or call us at 1-800-443-5233 (M-F, 7 AM ET to 6 PM ET).

Will I pass my exam?

At this time, we do not guarantee passing rates because to gain value from the online exam prep, you have to use it! If you go through every practice module and practice quiz and consistently get passing scores, you are likely to do very well on your exam. Remember to check to see if your exam has any additional non-NEC topics that might not be covered in the online exam prep.

How do I get help?

If you have questions for an electrical instructor, please email instructor@jadelearning.com.

If you need general help using the website or materials, please email registrar@jadelearning.com.

Can I get a refund?

If you have placed your order in the previous business day and there was an issue with the system, we can issue you a full refund. Because the materials are time sensitive, there will be no refunds issued after the first business day.

I took the Texas Journeyman test yesterday and passed with a 91%. Your Exam prep was awesome.
